Rob Whitehurst is a touring bassist, Florida session musician, and sideman for mostly Christian Rock and CCM artists including Phil Driscoll, Janny Grein, Mike and Kathie Deasy, Scott Roley, Bruce Hibbard, Reba Rambo & Donnie McGuire, Ray Peterson, Strike Force, End Times Weather Band, etc. In the late 1960s, Rob was a touring musician in various groups on guitar and drums. After being born again in 1970, Rob was one of the first in the U.S. to start incorporating modern musical styles into corporate church praise and worship music. He would go on to have a successful career as a movie and television production sound mixer. Rob is also a professional photographer having shot numerous album covers over the years.
