Roberto Giraldi was an Italian composer and accordionist (born in Castellina, a fraction of Brisighella, Feb. 1920 - Faenza, 1 March 2000). His stage name comes precisely from the small village where was born, on the hills of Brisighella (Ravenna). He begins his career playing in square festivals, using before the organetto and then the accordion. In the mid 60s founds Orchestra Castellina-Pasi with saxophonist Giovanni Pasi. He wrote more than 500 songs, many are performed around the world. With Tutto Pepe, his biggest success, wins the first of two gold records.
