Salsa singer from Barranquilla, Colombia, nicknamed "Joe". Leader of Robert Y Su Banda, and one of the vocalists for Grupo Raices. He even served at Grupo Niche when Alfonso "Moncho" Santana left, but he also left the band without recording anything. (nothing from Niche with Urquijo on vocals has been released to the public, at least).
