Singer of Rock and Pop
Cape Town-based singer/songwriter/guitarist and passionate surfer. Born in Zambia to Scottish parents, Robin moved to South Africa as a child. Starting off with the Lancaster Band in 1978, he eventually formed his own Z-Astaire band in 1984 with whom he had a string of radio hits. After commuting regularly between the UK and SA for a length of time, he has most recently settled in South Africa from where he continues to perform and record under his own Free Lunch Productions label.
