Plays french horn; teaches at the California Institute for the Arts. She began her career when, as a twenty-year-old senior at The Juilliard School, she was named Principal Horn of the Houston Symphony, becoming the youngest musician in the orchestra's history and the first woman to earn a Principal Horn position in a major American symphony orchestra by audition. For six years she also served as Principal Horn of The Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. In the course of her distinguished career, Ms. Graham has established herself as one of America's premier horn players, a reputation earned through her extensive work as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral Principal Horn. As a chamber musician, Ms. Graham has performed with the Guarneri Quartet, the American String Quartet, the Accademia String Quartet and Music from Marlboro. She has performed with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center on more than thirty occasions, including a series of performances in nine Australian cities during the Society's first international tour. She also performed as a member of the Dorian Wind Quintet and the Ligeti Trio, performing Gyorgy Ligeti's "Trio for Horn, Violin and Piano" throughout Europe. Her chamber music activities also include residencies at prestigious American and international music festivals, including the Aspen and Marlboro Festivals, Chamber Music Northwest, the Aldeburgh Music Festival and Warsaw Autumn Festival, to name a few.
