Manufactured in the U.K. NMC Recordings Ltd is a charitable company established by the Holst Foundation for the recording of contemporary music. Note: Mvt. II of the Second Concerto for Orchestra is given a timing of 19:38 on back sleeve; the movement itself is divided into seven parts, each with an individual timing given on the track list on p. 2 of Booklet. Booklet individual timings are provided above. The movements of the Second Concerto for Orchesra play continuously. CD is packaged in a standard plastic black-tray jewel case along with a 16-page booklet, notes in English, French and German.
