He has also kept a full schedule with his own business (Heartland Banjo) building banjos for players like Béla Fleck, Scott Vestal and Kristin Scott. His accomplishments include an endorsement with the banjo playing actor, Steve Martin (2). He builds all of the Kel-Kroydon, Stealth and Smith banjos.
