Rockebandet Ændal is a hard-hitting Norwegian metalband originating from the south of the country and consists of members from well-known bands such as Stonegard, Bulk, Benea Reach and YTO. The band has, after its launch in 2008, set a new standard with its legendary stage performances whitchmakes you leave with a blood taste in the mouth! This firework of a liveband has won much praise for it's releases and concerts and plays a seamless blend of metal and dark stonerrock with elements from hardrock, and with it's Norwegian lyrics they're a true feast of brutal energy with full throttle and massive sound. Not only is the band name taken from Norway's hardest and most violent city, Arendal, but all the members are raised on threats, violence and fill. The band also has the unofficial Norwegian record in playing at the now closed Hove Music Festival the most times, as they were the only band that was invited to play there four years in a row (2010-2014). Rockebandet Ændal is currently working on their newest EP whitch will be released during the summer of 2019, and will contain four hard-hitting tracks that show the band's rare ability to cook up old rocktricks for fresh and new modern expressions with exaggerated volume, groove and interaction.
