Side A is titled 'Concerto For Balloon & Orchestra' on the sleeve and 'Concerto For Synthesizer & Orchestra' on the disc label. Side A (Three movements) was recorded in July 1976 at St. Giles Church, Cripplegate in Barbican, London. Side B was recorded at the following venues: - B1: Recorded at the Royal Command Performance (for the Queen Mother Elizabeth I) of 23 Feb 1969 at Westminster. - B2: Recorded at the World Premiere of the Disney film in Cincinnati on 29 June 1971. - B3: Recorded in performance at Carnergie Hall at the Rod McKuen Birthday Concert on 29 April 1969.
