Roger Cochini (1946, Marseille, France) is a French composer. Cochini studied music and science, graduating as an engineer in physics from the Institut national des sciences appliquées (INSA) in Lyon, France. He also studied at the Conservatoire national supérieur de musique de Paris, at Groupe de recherches musicales (GRM) with Pierre Schaeffer (1969–1971). Roger Cochini was a member of GRM from 1970–1972 and also a member of Groupe de musique expérimentale de Bourges (GMEB) from 1972 to 1996. From 1983, Cochini has taught electroacoustic music at Bourges École nationale de musique et de danse, and has taught at the Université de Lille 3 from 1996 to 1999. Vice-président of Association des enseignants de composition en musique électroacoustique.
