A drum machine, a Roland Compu-Rhythm CR-78, bought by the Comateens in 1979. It's featured on 9 of 11 songs on the band's debut album. It was also used for gigs, for instance during the Europe tour. In 1983, the band began working with the Linn drum machine, but maintained Rolly as standby percussionist, using it to record demos.
