Saxophonist from Australia. After supporting Roy Orbison on a tour in 1965, Patton joined The Shake Spears, providing the characteristic sound of their big hits Summertime and The Shake Spear, and other material recorded during that time. In 1966, the group spent a couple of months in Australia, and when they were about to return to Europe, Patton left the group to stay in his home country.
