Canadian radio DJ. Started at CKDM in Dauphin, Manitoba on July 7, 1965 where he first earned his nickname "The Ugly One." In 1970 he moved to CJGX in Yorkton, Saskatchewan as Promotion Manager and eventually became the station's Country Music Director.
