Ronnie Williams played bass guitar & drums for The Masters, who recorded the Williams/Buff/Zappa song "Breaktime" (B-side of "Sixteen Tons" on Emmy label, 1962). Williams is acknowledged as the one who, in 1960, introduced Frank Zappa to Paul Buff, which started a most productive period at Buff's 'Pal' studio in Cucamonga. Along with his brother Kenny Williams (4) and Motorhead Sherwood, Williams engaged in some unusual pastimes - which were eventually immortalized in the 1968 song "Let's Make The Water Turn Black".
