London rock band. Rosa Mota's multi-dimensional sound is born of the strength of five distinct individuals with an idiosyncratic view of music, art and life. Utilising clarinet, flute, basouki and Indian banjo alongside bass, drums and three guitars they make music to stir up the senses and fire the imagination. Unfortunately, after releasing 'Bionic' they have split up, with Ian Bishop and Sacha Galvagna going on to form Horsepower. Members: Ian Bishop (Vocals, Guitar, Clarinet) Julie Rumsey (Vocals, Guitar, Flute) Michelle Marti (Bass) Justin Chapman (Drums) Sacha Galvagna (Guitar)
