Ross Alexander is an internationally renowned entertainer and recording artist. In 2013 after a career spanning over 25 years, working as a DJ, and record producer, playing, making, and releasing music for other artists, he decided to implode his life and start over again, this time making music in his own name. It all began in the 80’s, this was the decade when he found himself, along with his love for music. Inspired by the creativity and new music vocabulary in the songs, he soon found himself pursuing a career within the industry. Today, in modern times, and as a recording artist, its now where he takes his inspiration for creating his Neo-romantic styled music, by taking music from the ‘New Romantics’ era, and adding his own futuristic twist. His music takes fans back to the ‘good old days’, and for the ones who came after, gives them a small glimpse of what they missed out on, through a nostalgic journey back in time. This has helped him gain instantaneous chart success.His first single, released in 2015, ‘Brand New Lover’, a twist on Dead or Alive’s 1986 chart topper, saw him top the Eurodance charts at No2. The late Pete Burns himself acknowledged he didn't dislike Ross's version. The track has since gone on to be featured on countless compilation albums. However, this was only the start, with his fan base and popularity growing rapidly across Europe, 2016 saw him release two more tracks, and earn him his first No1. Next up was his second single ‘Kiss Me’, a remix of Tin Tin’s (Stephen Duffy) 1982 hit, quickly became a favourite with DJ’s and was play listed on radio stations across Europe. The video has been just as popular, notching over 50,000 collective YouTube views to date.This was followed by his third release, his own retake on Animotion’s 1984’s hit, ‘Obsession’, with his version of the classic again proving popular with DJ’s across Europe, and propelling him to No1. In the Eurodance charts. Ross’s passion and musical talent, along with his energised, flamboyant persona, has saw him perform for exultant crowds at festivals and events across Europe. A successful Pledge Music campaign has guaranteed the release of his stunning debut album“Glitter & Twisted’ album which was released February 12th 2018.
