Roy Silver

Roy Silver, personal manager (and well-known Los Angeles Chinese restaurateur) managed Bob Dylan (his first New York City manager), Bill Cosby (also being his business partner during late 1960s), Joan Rivers, Richard Pryor, Cass Elliot, Jackson Browne, Dr. John, Deep Purple, Carole Wayne, Tiny Tim among others. Also Tetragrammaton Records was a record label, founded by Roy Silver with Bruce Post Campbell and comedian Bill Cosby (then-managed by Silver). The name references a term for the un-nameable name of God. The 3-disc deluxe version of Together Through Life contains a DVD featuring a "lost interview" with Roy Silver (ie recorded for the Martin Scorsese documentary No Direction Home, but unused).
