The CD was one of the perks available during Nico B.'s "Art of Rozz Williams" Indie-Go-Go campaign in 2016. Per the Indie-Go-Go campaign, "...the first 100 contributors will receive Exclusive never before released before 3 Track demo CD of Rozz Williams featuring Gitane Demone." These tracks will all be on the upcoming Live CD, "On The Altar" by Cult Epics in 2018.
