Ruth Webster

Rock

Ruth Webster lived with the Wray family for a time as a teenager. She came to know the Wrays after Vernon discovered Ruth and her sisters singing in the Virginia Beach area. In the late 60s, Ruth and Sherry Wray, Vernon's daughter, recorded an answer to Tom Jones' "What's New Pussycat?" - the song was entitled "Nothin' Much Tom Cat.". This 45 was released on Swan Records and received airplay in the Washington DC area. Ruth later married Ray Man Ed Cynar and became a member of THE PACK.
