London-based Guitarist, Songwriter and Producer. Born in Hammersmith to a Ghanaian father and English mother, Ryan was raised in London, England and also spent five years at school in Accra, Ghana. A self-taught musician, Ryan hails from a creative family which includes his fashion designer father Kofi Ansah, actor brother Joey Ansah ('The Bourne Ultimatum', 'Snow White & The Huntsman') and his actor uncle Tommy Ansah ('10 Rillington Place', 'Sympathy For The Devil'). Recent work as a Guitarist and Musical Director has included: festival performances at Glastonbury and Lovebox; sessions at BBC Maida Vale and Elstree Studios; and headline touring across the UK & Europe. Other credits: production on FOKN BOIS 'Coz Ov Moni 2' (2014) and 'Fokn Wit Ewe' (2012) albums; performances on M3NSA's 'No.1 Mango Street' (2011) and Richy Pitch's 'Ye Fre Mi Richy Pitch' (2010) albums; sync/commercial/soundtrack music as one half of production duo Bolo Music. Ryan has also worked with industry veterans such as producer Miti Adhikari (Nirvana, Coldplay) and engineer/producer Barry Sage (The Rolling Stones, Elton John).
