Wonderful samba composer, Sérgio Santos has had the privilege of being recorded by some great artists in the genre. Implausibly young and mineiro (from the Minas Gerais state), he knows how to condense the essence of the Carioca hills in his music, aided in the demanding task by the fundamental poetry of Paulo César Pinheiro. This first solo album includes the hit "Artigo de Luxo" and also reveals a good singer exposing a true love and pride for being Brazilian with sincerity.
