CD'en "Hyldest til Danmarks Sydspids" med Søren & Øer Sound Band er blevet til på foranledning og i samarbejde med "Foreningen for Skulptur på Gedser Odde." Formålet er at medvirke til forskønnelse af "Danmarks Sydspids." CD'en er støttet af områdefornyelsens midler og al indtægt går ubeskåret til forskønnelsen. Danmarks sydligste punkt, der også er Nordens sydligste punkt, er et unikt sted, der bør fremstå som et godt minde for de mange mennesker, som hvert år besøger Gedser Odde.
