Súper Cadáver are a band based in Extremadura (Spain), born from the ashes of three earlier projects. Their sound has its roots in dark, noisy pop akin to bands such as The Jesus & Mary Chain, Sonic Youth or My Bloody Valentine. The band's original lineup, Vicente on bass, José on guitar and vocals, and Ian on drums, is joined in their ear-drilling activities by Ray (guitar and synths), shortly after the release of their first digital EP (early 2013). Around the end of the same year, they release a digital single (California/Justicia) that gets noticed by Sweet Grooves Records, who decide to release a limited 7" out of songs from both digital releases.
