Album NL 2007 on Beam Ends label
Electronic (Industrial)
From backcover: «The document you now hold in your hands features the first-ever SPK live show. It was recorded on 21 April 1979 by soundman Ken West at Garibaldi's in Sydney, Australia. That night SPK debuted as support band to australian punkers Voigt/465. SPK's 20 minute set features Slogan, Panik, Mekano and Kontakt. Between the songs are lenghty pauses. Used tore-patch synthesizers, tunings and false starts. In order to keep the unique ambience of that evening, SPK's set is presented here in its entirety in the best possible sound quality. This is at it was.» Clear polycarbonate lathe-cut done by Peter King. Limited numbered edition of 21 copies only, hand-stamped on white labels.
