Side Effects Records Ⓟ & Ⓒ 1981. First copies came with a photocopy, folded A4 12 page, collage booklet named "Dokument One". Tracklist is only listed on the insert booklet. Spine is completely unmarked. In 1991 23 copies remaining from the original pressing where sold by Mike Wilkins with different artwork (neutral cover with collages pasted on it) together with "Dokument 1+10" which is "Dokument One" plus 4 extra pages.
