Sagmeister & Walsh, previously known as Sagmeister Inc. is an American full-service design studio and creative agency, based in New York City, and founded by designers Stefan Sagmeister and Jessica Walsh in 1993. The company had many prominent clients in music industry: Lou Reed and his Sister Ray Enterprises Inc, Universal Music/Jay-Z, Warner Bros. Records, Atlantic, David Byrne, Brian Eno, Capitol Records and Rhino Records Inc., as well as in the world of publishing and fine arts, including The Museum Of Modern Art, New York, The Museum Of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, Guggenheim Museum, New York, NY, Casa da Música, Institute of Contemporary Art in Philadelphia, The New York Times and NY Times Magazine, Random House (2), The MIT Press/Annual Reviews, Other Criteria, ArtAsiaPacific Publishing, Departure Vienna, and Seed Magazine. Sagmeister & Walsh won two Grammies for Talking Heads and Eno/Byrne package designs, and had solo exhibitions of their works in Zurich, Vienna, Paris, New York, Berlin, Tokyo, Osaka, Prague, Cologne, Seoul and Miami.
