S pressing from 1984 or 1985. Small ring around center hole; S plus a number in runout. Plastic inner sleeve. The S pressings have an S plus a number on each side in the deadwax to indicate the stamper. The copy in the photos has S10 on the a-side and S7 on the b-side. Other copies may have different numbers following the S. S copies were issued in a plastic inner sleeve on heavy nearly opaque vinyl. Other known Plan 9 S copies are Earth AD (ghoul hair error version), Die Die My Darling, and Legacy of Brutality (with bold text on spine). Given that the last S press was Legacy of Brutality (1985), and the quality of vinyl is the same as the Plan 9 copies without S's (and large ring in the label called a deep groove), we can hypothesize that these were pressed between 1984 to 1985, as Caroline repressed the records on thin vinyl in 1986 with M2 or M3 in the runout instead of S.
