Samuel Turkama was a drummer from Helsinki, Finland. He studied music in Oulunkylä Pop & Jazz Conservatory and played in various groups such as One More Excuse, How to Make a Windmill, Lost Paragraph and Macchia Nera. He also performed and released singer songwriter material under the name Samuel Tuuli. He also co-wrote and acted in the film Mia Larva and played drums on the soundtrack. Samuel had one of the funkiest grooves ever and he left a hole in the Turku/Helsinki music scene that no one can refill. - Friend and colleague, Tapani Tella.
