Sandor Szabo: Born 1956, Hungary - Regarded by many as one of Eastern Europe’s finest exponents of “New Guitar” music. Playing a varied collection of stringed instruments, from 8 string classical, Guitarvina (a special 16 string instrument of his own device) to chinese guzheng and electric guitar incorporating experimental effects processing. Versed in a variety of different music styles, Sandor during his early 70’s developed a passion for Jazz Improvisation and Avant/Freeform Musics. This early experimentation and commitment has created his own methods of musicianship and music style. He has recorded many solo albums for several record labels.
