Sandy A. Carriello was born on September 14, 1972 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He was the Sandy MC part of the dynamic duo Latin House Merengue group Sandy & Papo as vocalist and composer. After the untimely death of partner Luis Deschamps aka MC Papo in 1999. He released an album entitled Homenaje A Papo in a homage of respect for his fallen compadré.
