Indofunk Satish is a New York-based trumpet player and leader of the now-defunkt band Indofunk. His is particularly known as one of the few musicians to able to play the Firebird, a trumpet with an additonal trombone slide built in, with which Satish can replicate Indian music and the sound of Indian instruments.
