To The Moon And Back Published by Jones/Hayes-EMI Affirmation Published by Warner Chappell Hold Me Published by Warner Chappell 'Affirmation (Almighty Bangin' Mix)' is also known as 'Affirmation (Dataluxe Mix)'. (Reece/Martin), as in Tima Reece and Pete Martin, are incorrectly credited as songwriters of 'To The Moon And Back'. Notes: The "Definitive Mix" on this release is quite different from that previously released on Savage Garden's commercial singles. It is believed that the earlier version (from 1998) should be more correctly considered a "Definitive Dub" as there are limited vocals in comparison with this 2004 release. That would mean that the rendition on this release, having never been released before, is the true "Almighty Definitive Mix." "To The Moon And Back (Fired Up Mix)" runs at a slightly different tempo (BPM) and therefore has a different track timing (6:16 vs the 6:50 here) than those released on Savage Garden's singles in 1998. Although "Hold Me" is listed as previously unreleased, an edit of this track was released on "Almighty Remixes 2001 #1" (ALMYPRCD5), a promo sampler. Exclusive DJ promotional CD
