Album US on Oxboro Records label
Brass, Folk, World and (Polka, March)
First L.P. release by the Schell's Hobo Band, on Oxboro Records of Minneapolis. It is either an late 1963 or early 1964 release, as it has a Kay Bank pressing matrix of KB 4222. The album title is difficult to determine, and might be mistaken as either: "Playing In The Famous Circus Style", or as a self-titled ("Schell's Hobo Band") release. But: "Twelve By Twelve" appears on the back of the jacket and on both labels. The later L.P. releases from the band have somewhat more traditional titles. Note: The initial pressing of this L.P. is black and red ink on white, while re-pressings had a light blue background.
