Classical and Rock
Scott Johnson (born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1952) moved to New York in 1975. He can be considered as an "Avant-garde" guitar player or a "minimalist" composer. Since the early 1980s, he has incorporated rock instrumentation into "classical" scored compositions, and has often used electronic elements within instrumental ensembles. For the designer and art director, see Scott Johnson (14).
