Album IE 2014 on Ergodos label
Electronic and Jazz (Avant-garde Jazz, Ambient, Experimental)
Release on limited edition, transparent orange vinyl, with stunning artwork by Craig Carry, woodwind instrumentalist and composer Seán Mac Erlaine’s second solo album is a place where haunting melodies are living, growing things, developing in sympathy with nuanced loops and fluttering particles of sound. The music is selected from a series of solo performances recorded in Cork, Dingle, Dublin, Galway, Laois, Louth, Meath, Mitchelstown, Skibbereen, Sligo, Tralee and Wicklow between 2012 and 2013. These were completely improvised performances for woodwinds and live electronics.
