Marcelo Oyarzún Cavallari has been making experimental electronic music since 1989. In the mid 1990s, he started mixing sound collage and Dark Ambient sounds in his project seam pith, leading into a more Noise/Ambient oriented project called Nuisance Beacon in the late 1990s. A Nuisance Beacon CD was put out on CIP in 2000. Since then, he has been mostly focused on his experimental/IDM project, shimsewn.
