Singer/Songwriter from Austin, Texas As a frontman and songwriter/guitarist for the Dedringers, (Austin duo formed with childhood friend and fellow songwriter Jonny Burke) Faires toured the country. The Dedringers garnered airplay on austin's KGSR and were named 2008 BEST NEW BAND in the Austin-American Statesmen before deciding to pursue new projects. After the Dedringers amicable split , Faires joined a new austin based indie rock outfit the Happen-Ins and continues to write songs and perform them with his band or solitarily.
