Recorded at a house in Davoren Park. Track 1, "Pants-Sausage-Lunch" is a medley of three separate tracks, two of which were previously released on Secret Salmon's 2017 rock opera, "Lunch", as "Heroin in my Pants" and "Heroin for Lunch". The remaining track "Sausages", along with the rest of the album is purely improvised.
