Recorded Dec. 1983 at Waveform Studios. First pressing of 1000 copies on black vinyl with bright green sleeve. A-side has yellow center labels, B-side has orange center labels. One-sided lyric sheet with a small Septic Death logo sticker attached to the upper left corner. Some copies also contains a poster. A counterfeit pressing on black vinyl with lyric sheet was released 2007 in Germany. Mastering (lacquer processing) company uncredited, identified by the matrix numbers.
