Pushead Fan Club Phase 1 release. Issued in a foldover glow-in-the dark sleeve and contains two stickers and two insert sheets. Signed and numbered out of 100 copies by Pushead but according to Pushead, there were actually only 85 of these released. The Septic Death 7" on yellow vinyl was also used for the Daymare / Crocodile Tears 2x7". The Rocket From The Crypt 7" on red vinyl was also used for the Rocket Pack 7".
