Seven League Beats was formed in 2009 by Rob Peters (7) and Dries Bijlsma. Peters made name in the drum and bass scene, while Bijlsma played guitar and produced the music of Typhoon. Initially they named themselves Cavemen and produced dubstep at thetime that genre gained populairity internationally. Seven League Beats joined the renowned Fakkelteitgroep and gained fame by it's hiphop productions, experimental work and nergetic live performances.
