The most commonly asked question by new comers to the SIND experience is “Who do we sound like?” Well, if The RAMONES, GRINSPOON and REM were locked up together in a hotel room for the weekend with a case of bourbon and a bag of weed the love child born on Monday morning would be Indi Cult Rock Band “Sex IN the Desert”. SIND was formed in 2003 with a lot of blood sweat and beers, 7 years later, 2 cds under their belts, various lineup changes, gigs in every pub, club, living room and back yard in Darwin the four members have developed a distinctive bold beat driven strait-to-your-jugular no holes bared orgy of post punk surf rock.
