SHADOWORLD are Roberto Del Vecchio and Old Boy. The music is neofolk with a touch of western style and apocalyptic soundtrack-like tunes. In some parts it reminds Death In June, Johnny Cash, Ennio Morricone, Nick Cave, Nirvana, Mark Lanegan. Roberto Del Vecchio is an Italian composer since 1994. He founded projects such as Gothica (two albums released by Cold Meat Industry), The Last Hour (Other Voices Records / Seventh Crow Records) and Les Jumeaux Discordants (Athanor Records). Old Boy is the artistic alter ego of Claudio Carluccio, an Italian polinstrumentist. He made many records and featuring with musicians of every sort. He started playing grunge music, then he found out blues and folk and finally into experimental projects.
