Short-time member of the very first Boney M. line up in 1975 together with Maizie Williams and Claudja Barry, promoting the single "Baby, Do You Wanna Bump". A few years later she joined short-lived disco project Mandrake (6). In 1994 she joined Maizie Williams' Boney M. lineup before forming her own "Sounds Of Boney M." group ten years later. Alternately spells her name Sheyla Bonnick
