American musician and writer, born in Tehran (Iran) in 1977. During her high-school years Sheila played guitar in the New York bands "Wednesday" and "Raggedy Ann". She is also the creator of the fanzine "Plume: a fanzine for geese and chickens" (1992-1995) and of the magazine and blog "Cha Cha Charming" (1998-present).
