Stage name 織井茂子 (Shigeko Orii) A Japanese female singer born in Tokyo. (January 10, 1926 - January 23, 1996) She was a nursery singer in girlhood. Stage name when she debuted from King records in 1947 was 都能子 (Yoshiko Miyako). In 1949, she moved to Colombia records with stage name 織井茂子 (Shigeko Orii) and she re - debuted at "安南夜船".
