Shirley Bagnall and Johnny Wheeler (Shirley And Johnny) was a uk pop duo active during the 60's and 70's, managed by Richard Bagnall, father of Shirley. Shirley was born on February 2, 1947 at Stockenchurch, her first ambition was to become movie star. She met Johnny at a local club, where she used to listen music sung by local groups. Johnny was member of one the groups. Just for fun, she used to join in with the group singing and when Johnny's group broke up, they decided to try it alone. Johnny was born on February 21, 1945 at Hayes End, Middlesex. On Leaving school he became a buider by night in theand decorator, playing in the local group.
