In the Spring of 2008 Calvin Records uncovered a rare collection of multi-track master tapes. Among them were a handful of Shirley Caesar recordings. The tapes were transferred to a digital format and cleaned using modern technology. Her vocals were extracted and today's hottest producers recorded all new arrangements to accompany Caesar's incredible performances. "REVISITED" is the result of this cutting edge experiment.
