Swedish operatic baritone, born 2 November 1907 in Stockholm, died 8 April 1983 in Helsingborg. He married Danish opera singer Edith Oldrup in 1949. Engagement as soloist at the Kungliga Operan (Royal Swedish Opera) in Stockholm 1936-1961, under special contract 1961-1973. He recorded six titles for Telefunken in 1942, and partook in a number of recorded Richard Wagner operas during the 1950s.
