Known for their heavy riffs and explosive stage presence, the foursome intermittently toured the southwestern US from 2007-2012 booking gigs with groups like Nonpoint, Soil, Kitty, 36 Crazyfists, and Straight Line Stitch. After nearly six years of writing, recording, and touring, Silence Betrayed had reached maturity. With noticeable influences ranging from Alice in Chains to Drowning Pool, their sound had been described as brutal, melodic, and memorable - all qualities that the band proudly endorsed. The music, look, and live show emitting from this band rivaled that of the era's most popular hard rock acts. Their songs were memorable, stage presence superior, and performances unforgettable.
